Just Happen To Be

= just happen to be. To express a coincidence related to time, size, volume, quantity, degree, etc.

It also is adjective and means “just right” or “just enough”.

The size of these clothes is just right.

= 水温合适，不冷也不热。
The temperature of the water is perfect, not too cold, not too hot.
